Terms and Conditions
Clients will be charged at hourly rates for client contact and report preparation. Mileage and travel costs may be added, dependent upon location. Any additional items will be charged at cost.
Package rates are available for assessments for equipment and housing adaptations to include home visit, report and recommendations. Please ask for further information.
Clients will be invoiced upon completion of case, or monthly (for ongoing cases). Payment is required in full within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
